1. Reserviertes Objekt

Die Verkäuferin reserviert exklusiv für den Käufer das Objekt VP-C13, wie auf der Unternehmenswebseite beschrieben.

2. Reservationsbedingungen

2.1 Die Reservation wird vor Baubeginn für 30 Tage und ab Baustart für 14 Tage aufrechterhalten.

2.2 Bei Bestätigung dieser Vereinbarung ist eine nicht-rückerstattbare Reservationsgebühr von 2.000 € fällig. Diese Gebühr wird innerhalb von 10 Tagen auf das Konto der J T Consulting LTD & EOOD überwiesen.

3. Stornierungsbedingungen

3.1 Bei Rücktritt des Käufers von der Reservationsvereinbarung oder Nichtweiterverfolgung des Kaufs wird die Reservationsgebühr als Entschädigung für Verwaltungsaufwand und das Einstellen der Marketingaktivitäten einbehalten.

3.2 Sollte die Verkäuferin ihre Verpflichtungen aus dieser Vereinbarung nicht erfüllen, wird die Reservationsgebühr innerhalb von 10 Tagen nach festgestellter Nichterfüllung vollständig zurückerstattet.

4.  Digitale Zustimmung und Gültigkeit der Vereinbarung

4.1 Diese Vereinbarung ist digital ausgefertigt und bedarf keiner handschriftlichen Unterschrift, um wirksam zu sein. Die Parteien erkennen an, dass ihre Zustimmung zu den Bedingungen dieser Vereinbarung durch die Überweisung der Reservationsgebühr und/oder die elektronische Bestätigung dieser Vereinbarung ausgedrückt wird. Sie stimmen zu, dass diese digitale Zustimmungsform rechtlich bindend ist und den schriftlichen Vereinbarungen gleichgestellt wird.

The seller reserves the property VP-C13 exclusively for the buyer, as described on the company website.

2. reservation conditions

2.1 The reservation is maintained for 30 days before the start of construction and for 14 days from the start of construction.

2.2 A non-refundable reservation fee of € 2,000 is due upon confirmation of this agreement. This fee will be transferred to the account of J T Consulting LTD & EOOD within 10 days.

3 Cancellation conditions

3.1 If the buyer withdraws from the reservation agreement or does not follow up on the purchase, the reservation fee will be retained as compensation for administrative expenses and the discontinuation of marketing activities.

3.2 If the seller does not fulfill its obligations under this agreement, the reservation fee will be refunded in full within 10 days of the date on which non-fulfillment is established.

4 Digital consent and validity of the agreement

4.1 This agreement is executed digitally and does not require a handwritten signature to be effective. The parties acknowledge that their agreement to the terms of this agreement is expressed by the transfer of the reservation fee and/or the electronic confirmation of this agreement. You agree that this digital form of consent is legally binding and is equivalent to written agreements.
