Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) measures, in pseudonymised form, how our site is used: pages visited, villas viewed, form and contact events without their content. Google acts on our behalf and does not store individual IP addresses for visitors from the EU and Switzerland. Cookies _ga, _ga_<ID>, lifetime 12 months, data 14 months. Data may be transferred to the USA (EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework).

Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger) measure which ads lead to enquiries and later show visitors to this site ads for Residenz Victoria, including for a villa they viewed: on Google, YouTube, Gmail, on websites of Google partners and on Facebook and Instagram (ad personalisation).

What data: pages visited and villas viewed, form and contact events without their content, identifiers from cookies (_gcl_*, _fbp, _fbc) and from the ad click, IP address, browser and device. If you submit a form, also your e-mail address and phone number as a hash value (SHA-256, a pseudonymisation, not an anonymisation) and later the status of your enquiry (for example consultation held, viewing, reservation, purchase contract). Never names, addresses, messages or budgets.

What Google and Meta do with it: They match the data with your account with them and may link it to data from other websites and apps (profiling). Meta deletes the hash values after matching and stores event data for up to two years. Our audiences expire after no more than 180 days at Meta and 365 days at Google.

Providers and roles: Google Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Dublin. For matching, measurement and reporting, Meta acts on our behalf; for the collection and transfer of data for advertising, we and Meta are joint controllers, after which Meta decides alone. For Enhanced Conversions, Google is our processor; for remarketing and cookie-based measurement, it is an independent controller. Data may be transferred to the USA (EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework).
