Victoria Residences lies in the Burgas region, around one kilometre from the Black Sea as the crow flies, amid lovingly landscaped gardens and pool areas. Under the Victoria Residences brand, ten gated complexes with more than 200 villas have been built here.

They were built by Proekt 7, a Bulgarian construction company active since 2007 and a member of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber. The communal areas, including roads, pools, playgrounds and green spaces, cover more than 60,000 square metres and are maintained all year round.

The existing quarters such as Victoria Hill, Victoria Garden, Victoria Royal Garden, Victoria Lakes and Victoria Paradise are now joined by two new ones: Victoria Royal Park, directly behind Victoria Garden, and Victoria Casa near Victoria Paradise.
